IT IS NOW TIME PROMISE AND WATCH OUR SELVES AND FIND WAYS TO IMPROVE OUR INNER ABILITY . WE CAN DO IT BY SITTING FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE BED TIME AND MAKING A LIST OF WHATEVER WE DID THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND JUDGING IT ACCORDING TO OUR BEHAVIOUR AND THEN TRY TO IMPROVE ON THOSE POINTS WHICH WE SHOULDN'T DO.
